Refund policy

Did you order not live up to expectations? Whatever the reason, you can return the products within 14 days from when you received your order. However, we cannot sell opened and used earrings and other piercing products due to hygiene reasons. In this case please ensure you have not opened the products before returning.

To return your order please select return via your account with us or simply e-mail us at admin@zero22.co.uk with your order number and details. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Customers are responsible for the cost and liability of returning items.
